Our Return Policy
Goods returned without Seller’s authorization will be refused for credit or exchange. Customers must request a return in writing within 10 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in original packaging and in salable condition. Minimum of 10% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges. Authorized returns must be back in NFM’s hands within 30 days of receipt of goods for refund.
